These terms cover your use of oinkie.com and anything you buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your confirmation email. We can refuse or cancel an order, including after confirmation, if the item is unavailable, the price was listed wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time before you order. Promotional prices run for the period stated and we may end a promotion early.

Product description and photos

We describe the pillow as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different between screens, and because each pillow is sewn individually, patterns will not line up identically from one to the next. That is normal and is not a fault.

Not a medical device

The Oinkie is a feeding support cushion. It is not a medical device, a car seat, a crib, a bassinet or a sleep surface. Never leave a baby unattended on it and never let a baby sleep on it. Always follow safe sleep guidance from your paediatrician.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Your account

Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Intellectual property

The Oinkie name, logo, site copy and photography belong to us. Do not copy them for commercial use.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to what you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on the site when you order is the one that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
