The strap is adjustable and runs long. It fits through the end of pregnancy and keeps fitting after. If it does not close on you, send it back and we refund it.

Yes. Most of what the pillow does is hold the baby at the right height, and that is the same job either way.

Normal machine, cold, gentle. Air dry. Keep it out of the dryer, the filling flattens.

No. It is a feeding cushion, not a sleep surface. Never leave a baby on it unattended.
