Shipping policy

Processing

Orders are checked and prepared for dispatch within 2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing the next business day.

Delivery

Delivery takes about 15 business days from dispatch. Oinkie ships from our overseas fulfilment partner, which keeps the pillow affordable; it does mean it takes a little longer to arrive, so please order with that in mind.

Rates

Shipping is a flat rate calculated at checkout based on your destination. The rate you see at checkout is the rate you pay, with no surcharges added afterwards.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. The first scan can take a few days to appear, which is normal.

If it has not arrived

If 30 days pass since your order and it has not arrived, email support@oinkiethenurserypillow.com and we will replace it or refund you.
